Geoff Phillip NDN Onliner

"I first talked to Erik Bill about filming a Boise edit around the same time I decided to quit my job, leave my home and do some couch surfing. I had the idea of trying to make an edit in every city I go to, with a different camera/filmer/editor. As soon as I arrived in Boise, I was greeted with just enough snow to completely cover most of the spots, and then a month long cold front of below freezing temperatures to help keep the snow around. We hunted around for anything that was covered or shoveled for the first few weeks, and luckily Erik knows Boise spots like the back of his hand and isn't scared of a little cold weather. When the snow finally melted we skated better and better spots, allowing me to rack up enough for a full edit. First stop on the Quit Your Life tour was a complete success, and now i'm off to start filming for the next one." - Geoff
